Clark Schaefer Hackett Acquires strategic HR inc.

This acquisition aligns with the organization's post-COVID planning

Effective May 1, 2021, Clark Schaefer Hackett (CSH) acquired strategic HR inc., a leader in the HR industry based in Cincinnati. In response to the changing market impacted by the pandemic, Clark Schaefer Hackett and strategic HR inc. are proud to join together their unique and customized services to better serve and support their clients.

strategic HR inc., led by President Robin Throckmorton, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, was founded in 1995. The company provides dedicated HR support to organizations that don’t have an HR department, or have a small HR function with overflowing needs.

CSH has also made five other acquisitions since 2014, and currently has 492 employees, including 198 CPAs. strategic HR inc. will maintain its name and three business locations.
