COVID-19 Update: 9,440 Newly Confirmed Cases Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 9,440 new COVID-19 cases and 303 new hospitalizations.

The agency also reported 582 additional deaths.

ODH also reported 2,562,412 confirmed cases, 33,071 deaths and 106,919 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 2,198,599 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 7,159,027 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine. This figure represents 61 percent of Ohioans - a low figure compared to numbers nationwide.
