Survey Uncovers Shocking Insights into Gen Z's Plans

Gen Z is ready to leave their jobs in the dust.

Sixty-five percent of the generation plans to quit their job this year, according to new report by talent acquisition platform Lever that polled 1,200 full-time employed adults. That's way higher than the 40 percent of overall employees in the survey who plan to leave in less than a year.
