COVID-19 Update: 918 Newly Confirmed Cases Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 918 new COVID-19 cases and 65 new hospitalizations.

The agency also reported 196 additional deaths from COVID.

The ODH also reported 2,658,276 confirmed cases, 37,018 deaths and 112,748 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 2,593,016 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 7,232,000 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine; this figure remains at 61.9 percent - a low figure compared to numbers nationwide. The national figure is 76.4 percent.
