COVID-19 Update: 594 Newly Confirmed Cases Today

Today, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) reported 594 new COVID-19 cases and 48 new hospitalizations.

The agency also reported 198 additional deaths from COVID.

The ODH also reported 2,663,019 confirmed cases, 37,410 deaths and 113,118 hospitalizations. The agency also reported 2,605,615 presumed recoveries and indicated approximately 7,258,161 Ohioans have received at least one dose of the vaccine; this figure represents 62.1 percent - a low figure compared to numbers nationwide. The national figure is 76.6 percent.
