President Biden to Extend Student Loan Repayment Pause to August 31

The pause began under the previous administration

The Biden administration is expected to announce on Wednesday an extension of the student loan repayment pause.

The new deadline will be through Aug. 31, an administration official familiar with White House's decision making said on Tuesday.
