Ohio BWC: New Policy Year Installments Information

Today, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) announced that the first installment for the new policy year beginning July 1, 2022 will be billed on May 27, 2022; the payment is due by June 21, 2022.

Employers can earn a 2 percent Early Payment Discount by paying their full estimated premium by July 1, 2022. Employers cannot deduct the discount when they submit their payment. 

Additionally, the BWC asks that you do not submit payment for the first installment until after you have received an invoice.
