ASAE Announces 121 Professionals Earned CAE Credential

OSAP's own Jeanne Hoffman, CAE is among those who earned the accreditation

One hundred and twenty-one association executives recently earned their Certified Association Executive (CAE®) credential from the CAE Commission of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), joining more than 4,600 industry leaders around the globe.

The Winter 2023 class of CAEs successfully completed the CAE examination administered worldwide Dec. 1-14, 2022. They will be honored, along with the 2022 classes of CAEs, during the 2023 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition in Atlanta August 5-8. A full list of the winter 2023 class, which includes a growing contingent of global association professionals, can be viewed here.

“Congratulations to the new class of CAEs," said Diana Tucker, CAE, chair of the CAE Commission and NAIOP's vice president of membership and chapter relations. "We commend these dedicated professionals for earning this distinction and demonstrating their commitment to the profession. This achievement reflects not only significant experience and study, but also a return on investment in their pursuit of ongoing learning and career development. We welcome you into a growing community of fellow thought leaders and expert practitioners who are advancing the field of association management."

"Once again, we are very happy to see Ohio industry professionals earning this valuable accreditation," said OSAP President & CEO Jarrod A. Clabaugh, CAE. "We are even more excited this year as Jeanne, who joined our team in August 2022, is among those from Ohio who earned her CAE. She worked very hard, and we're delighted she has achieved this milestone in her career."

In addition to Jeanne V. Hoffman, director of member relations and programming for OSAP, another Ohio professional earned her accreditation:

Brandie Thacker, CAE, AAP
EPCOR's vice president, communications & member support
Grove City

The CAE program elevates professional standards, enhances individual performance and designates those who have acquired and demonstrated the knowledge essential to the practice of association management. The CAE program is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
