Ohio BWC Announces New True-up Date

The updated deadline is now due August 31

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) announced this week that the true-up process for policy year July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, will be available online beginning July 1, 2025.

The deadline to complete true-up has changed and is now due August 31.

Please note: The BWC has noted that, effective July 1, 2025, there will be no grace period for completing true-up. This applies to true-up for policy year July 1, 2024 going forward.
