If You're Avoiding Tasks, You May Need More "Jellybeans"

Personal energy reserves are necessary to get the job done

It's time to be productive.

Unfortunately, you realize that you just wasted two hours falling into a scroll-hole of social media, or just when you need to do an important task, you feel the extreme urgency of doing the laundry (or some other more interesting task) kick in.

Maybe it's ADHD; perhaps it's fear of something; maybe it's laziness — hard to say for sure. But what we do know is that if this continues, you are not going to be as productive as you need to be to get things done and move forward powerfully. So, we try again.
