Senior Director of Leadership Development

Position Summary:

Ohio Farm Bureau Federation is seeking a senior director of leadership development. This position plays a critical role in designing, implementing and overseeing strategies and programs aimed at cultivating and enhancing leadership capabilities within the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and a strategic mindset to drive initiatives that align with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the programming and management of the leadership development team.
 
Serve as director for the AgriPOWER Institute program, with primary responsibilities to include:
Develop and execute programming to develop leadership training for leaders, members and staff of the Ohio Farm Bureau.
