Information Related to Ohio Lobbying Registrations

Pursuant to Sub. H.B. 404, many lobbying registrations originally set to expire at the end of 2020 remain active until July 1, 2021.

Resulting changes to the renewal process:

Renewal registration window will open on July 2 and close on July 31.
As all renewals were pre-populated by OLAC, you will only need to submit electronic payment for the registration(s) that you wish to keep active.
Renewal registration deadline for payment is July 31. If payment is not received or you do not plan to continue your lobbying activity after July 1, 2021, OLAC will process a termination reflecting this date (7/1/2021) on August 1.

If you are a registered lobbyist, you will receive email notification of the opening of the renewal period.
