As I wrote this column, it was a beautiful and sunny 48-degree day in February.
But as most often is the case with Midwest weather, the forecast ahead looked starkly different, with a winter storm bringing ice and snow on the way.
When I see these predictions, my mind races with thoughts of Ohio restaurant owners, operators and the 500,000-plus restaurant employees across our state.
