Important Information for Potential Presenters

OSAP audiences typically comprise of non-profit association professionals, CVB (convention and visitors' bureau) members and industry partners (vendors, consultants, hoteliers, etc.).

Learning levels are diverse and range from entry-level to mid-level/practical to high-level/theoretical.

Audience size for individual sessions can range from 12 to 75.

Excellent proposals will demonstrate an awareness of adult learning principles and sensitivity to issues of diversity and ethics.

Conference presentations are pro bono unless otherwise negotiated; however, they are opportunities to increase your visibility to the OSAP audience, most of which hire speakers for their own events.

OSAP makes every effort to ensure the annual conferences are as green as possible; therefore, handouts will be provided digitally to attendees rather than distributed on-site.

Presentations cannot be sales pitches. If you are a supplier of association products and/or services, please coordinate your session with an association client. It is important to have both perspectives.
