All proposals must be complete.
You may submit a maximum of two proposals per educator, per year.
OSAP Fast Facts
OSAP audiences are typically composed of non-profit association professionals, CVB members and industry partners (vendors, consultants, hoteliers, etc.).
Learning levels are diverse and range from entry-level to mid-level/practical to high-level/theoretical.
Audience size for individual sessions can range from 12 to 75.
Excellent proposals will demonstrate an awareness of adult learning principles and sensitivity to issues of diversity and ethics.
Conference presentations are pro-bono unless otherwise negotiated; however, they are opportunities to increase your visibility to the OSAP audience, most of which hire speakers for their own events.
OSAP makes every effort to ensure the annual conferences are as green as possible; therefore, handouts will be posted on the OSAP conference mobile app but not distributed on-site. Please note that session attendees find that having the handouts available during sessions greatly enhances their learning experience.
Presentations cannot be sales pitches. If you are a supplier of association products and/or services, please coordinate your session with an association client. It is important to have both perspectives.
