OSAP dues are based on a calendar year (January-December) and will be prorated for new members quarterly. OSAP dues payment may be deductible by members as an ordinary and necessary business expense. They are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Association Professional - 1 Staff
This membership type is for an association or association management company with only one (1) staff member joining.
Membership is open to all association staff personnel who spend 50 percent or more of their time on association management. The term "association" includes business, trade, professional, educational, philanthropic and technical organizations.

Association Professional - 2-3 Staff
This membership type is for an association or association management company with two to three (2-3) staff members joining.
Membership is open to all association staff personnel who spend 50 percent or more of their time on association management. The term "association" includes business, trade, professional, educational, philanthropic and technical organizations, as well as chambers of commerce.

Association Professional - 4-5 Staff
This membership type is for an association or association management company with four to five (4-5) staff members joining.
Membership is open to all association staff personnel who spend 50 percent or more of their time on association management. The term "association" includes business, trade, professional, educational, philanthropic and technical organizations, as well as chambers of commerce.

This membership type is for an association or association management company with six to nine (6-9) staff members joining.

This membership type is for Convention & Visitors Bureaus (CVBs) with only one (1) staff member joining.
All staff personnel of CVBs are eligible for membership.

This membership type is for Convention & Visitors Bureaus with 2-3 staff members joining.
All staff personnel of Convention & Visitors Bureaus are eligible for membership.

Industry Partner
Membership is open to any firm providing services or products to associations or nonprofit organizations; this would include hotels, speaker bureaus, law firms, financial services providers, educational institutions, government agencies, etc.
Affiliate membership is granted in the name of the firm. One individual is then designated as the primary representative. Additional representatives may be added at a discounted rate.

Consultant - Solo Practitioner
This membership type is for an independent consultant working in the association industry.

Student
This member type is reserved for students who are actively enrolled in an institution of higher learning (college or university). Proof of student status may be requested by OSAP.

This member type is designated for an individual who is retired from the industry and is not actively working, but wishes to remain a contributing member of the OSAP community.
