Improve your communication skills alongside your OSAP peers

Friday, March 6, 2026
11:30 AM - 1:30 PM (EST)

Event Details

Register now for OSAP's first in-person event of the year!

Hybrid work has changed not just where we work, but also how communication lands. In this fast-paced session, members will explore how to communicate more clearly, consistently and intentionally in hybrid environments—both within their organizations and across stakeholder groups.

Participants will learn how to match messages to the right communication vehicles (email, virtual meetings, in-person conversations and informal channels) to reduce confusion, increase engagement and save time. The session will also focus on intentional communication strategies that help build connection and trust when informal, in-person moments are not guaranteed. Members will leave with practical guidance they can immediately apply to support stronger communication, alignment and relationships within their organizations.
