AI adoption is moving quickly, but most organizations are still figuring out how to apply it in a way that’s both pragmatic and sustainable. This session focuses on meeting your organization where it’s at, connecting real use cases to the right level of data and governance. We’ll walk through how to introduce AI with clear guardrails, build confidence (and adoption) across teams, and create a foundation that supports pragmatic, scalable progress over time.
By the end of the session, participants will have a framework to help them identify:
- Identify where associations are today in their AI adoption journey and what “starting smart” looks like
- Connecting real business use cases to AI opportunities that deliver immediate, practical value
- Understand the role of data and governance in enabling
- Apply pragmatic, effective guardrails to reduce risk (while encouraging responsible experimentation)
- Build organizational confidence and adoption
- Develop a clear, scalable path forward that supports steady progress without overengineering
