About the Presenter
Cathleen Snyder is the director of training & development with Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. Whether it’s finding the right candidate for the right role or building a great team to enable your company to grow and thrive, her passion is helping people and companies to have a great work environment.
Cathleen possesses more than 20 years of HR consulting experience, providing human resources support for companies ranging from 5 to 500+ employees in a litany of industries. She has advised clients on the day-to-day aspects of HR including complaint investigations, recruiting and selection, employee performance management, creating policy and procedures and government compliance. She is extremely customer-focused and is always looking out for the client’s best interests, including protecting the client from liability issues. One of Cathleen’s passions includes customizing training programs to allow managers, supervisors and employees to be successful in their roles. Plus, she is phenomenal at researching and staying abreast of employment legislative issues that impact businesses. Cathleen and her family live in Loveland. Now that they are "empty nesters," Cathleen and her husband enjoy working on their house and exploring new interests.
