Farmers Donate More than 300,000 Eggs to Mid-Ohio Food Collective

Truckloads of eggs arrived at the Mid-Ohio Food Collective on Monday morning, just in time for Easter weekend.

Prairie Star Farms worked with farmers across Ohio to donate 302,400 eggs to families in need.

The donation is part of a nationwide effort called the Great American Egg Drive. The effort will allow families to have access to eggs as they celebrate Easter and Passover.
