JobsOhio Announces Molly Moses as Its Managing Director, Talent

Last week, JobsOhio announced that Molly Moses was named the entity's managing director, talent in April as an interim appointee. The appointment came following a national search conducted with Korn Ferry that included candidates from across the country. The search affirmed Moses as the strongest candidate to lead this critical function for JobsOhio and its partners across Ohio.

Since stepping into the role on an interim basis, Moses has led its talent team through one of the most significant initiatives in JobsOhio's history — the $300 million experiential learning initiative and the launch of its first program, the JobsOhio Technician Path. Her leadership on this work has already strengthened how we support employers and communities in building Ohio's workforce pipeline.
