Ohio Poultry Association Reveals Birthday Cake Deviled Egg for Ohio State Fair

The Ohio Poultry Association recently unveiled its featured deviled egg flavor for the 2026 Ohio State Fair: Birthday Cake.

The Birthday Cake deviled egg will be sold individually and as part of a new "America 250" sample flight.

The commemorative flight includes five other cookout-inspired creations:

• Apple Pie: Cinnamon and brown sugar filling topped with pie crust and apple filling.
• Brisket: BBQ flavor topped with brisket, BBQ sauce and a pickle.
• Hot Dog: Garnished with a mini hot dog, ketchup and mustard.
• Mac & Cheese: Topped with tender pasta and creamy cheese sauce.
• Ranch: Zesty ranch flavor finished with a crunchy corn chip.
