OhioHealth Now Requires Government ID at All its Hospitals

News,

OhioHealth continues to take increased measures to protect its patients, associates and visitors.

As part of that initiative, the hospital system is implementing a new visitor management process, requiring all visitors 18 and older to check in and show IDs before gaining access to a care site.

All hospitals will require government ID from adult visitors. This will confirm the visitor’s identity and help reduce the risk of workplace violence by ensuring everyone entering OhioHealth hospitals has a valid purpose for being there.
