The American Council of Engineering Companies of Ohio (ACEC Ohio) is the state's leading trade
association representing the business interests of engineering firms throughout Ohio. ACEC Ohio
advocates for the business of engineering, delivers professional development and connects
member firms with industry leaders and public officials across the state.

The Opportunity

The President serves as Chief Executive Officer of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Ohio (ACEC Ohio), providing strategic, operational, financial and organizational leadership under the Board of Directors.

The President advances ACEC Ohio’s mission and priorities, represents engineering firms statewide, strengthens member value, engagement, and growth, leads advocacy and government affairs, builds stakeholder relationships and ensures effective association management. Working with the Board, committees, chapters, members, ACEC national, consultants and partners, the President advances industry interests and positions ACEC Ohio as a leading advocate for Ohio’s engineering business.

The successful candidate will be a strategic, relationship-oriented leader who balances association management, advocacy, member service, financial stewardship, workforce initiatives, communications and sustainable long-term organizational growth across a complex environment.
