Trump Says Ceasefire with Iran Is 'Over' at NATO Summit

President Donald Trump, speaking at a NATO summit in Turkey, said the interim deal reached with Iran last month was "over." He then called Iranian leaders "scum" and said dealing with them was a waste of time, roiling oil and stock markets. His comments came after the U.S. military launched strikes against Iran overnight.

The U.S. said the latest strikes were in response to Iranian attacks on three commercial vessels transiting through the Strait of Hormuz

Iran's military said it struck back by targeting U.S. bases in Bahrain and Kuwait on Wednesday with missiles and drones.
