This is a common barrier for nearly all associations: recruiting for a committee, identifying members for a focus group, sparking consistent engagement in our online communities.
The new model of associations is built on robust communities of practice, peer learning and active participation. It creates deeper connections, accelerates professional growth and generates exponentially more member value. Yet, we face an existential challenge that no amount of innovation can simply wish away: time.
