In our modern world, this concept often sounds counterintuitive. We are conditioned to believe that to really achieve in life and make a difference, we must push ourselves at any cost. We believe that blood, sweat, and tears are the only currency for success.
As a clinical psychologist, I have worked with countless individuals who have embraced this grind. They have worked incredibly hard to achieve their current status, and indeed, they have achieved a lot. But sadly, this success often comes at a staggeringly high price.
