Executive Director: Charitable Healthcare Network
The Charitable Health Network seek applications for the position of Executive Director. Founded in 2000 as the Ohio Association of Free Clinics (OAFC), the Charitable Healthcare Network (CHN) is a dynamic collaborative network of 59 of Ohio’s charitable and free healthcare providers supporting and advocating for quality care for Ohio’s most underserved populations. Its operating budget of $3M is supported by the State of Ohio’s General Revenue Fund augmented by generous gifts and grants from foundations and individual donors.
Guiding a hybrid staff of three and reporting to a ten-member state-wide Board of Directors, the next ED will inherit this financially secure 501(c)(3). A discerning understanding of today’s healthcare environment and barriers facing the underserved will be paramount, as will the ability to facilitate and continue to grow collaborative network engagement. Advocacy experience in Columbus will be essential to continue to promote and provide for the urgent patient needs of CHN network organizations.

Commensurate with experience, starting annual salary range of $150K to $200K plus annual performance bonus. 27 days PTO/vacation days per year; prorated for 2026. Eleven state and federal holidays.
