"A problem shared is a problem halved."

That’s a proverb, introduced in a November 1931 edition of English newspaper The Morecambe Guardian. It derived from "trouble shared is trouble halved," a quote from fictitious character, Lord Peter Wimsey, in the book Five Red Herrings (1931), scribed by author Dorothy L. Sayers.

Abiding that proverb will assist in improving athletic performance and life experiences.
