Lights, Camera, Dayton: Destination Dayton Debuts New Promotional Videos

News,

Destination Dayton®, the destination marketing organization for Montgomery County, has created and unveiled a new suite of promotional marketing videos to highlight the community’s many assets.  Destination Dayton uses the videos to attract meeting and event planners, convention attendees, tour groups and leisure visitors.

The new videos include:

"These new destination marketing videos capture the energy, innovation, and hospitality that define our community," said said John Oney, Destination Dayton president and CEO. "They are powerful tools that will help us attract more conventions, events, group tours and leisure travelers–driving visitation, increasing hotel demand and strengthening the economic vitality of our region. Dayton and Montgomery County offer an extraordinary range of assets and experiences.  Working with local production partner MainSail Productions, we set out to showcase those assets in a way that inspires planners to host their next convention, tournament or event here–and encourages visitors to Discover the Unexpected in Dayton and Montgomery County."

The videos are now integrated across Destination Dayton’s digital and sales platforms.  They are featured on DestinationDayton.org, and the organization’s YouTube channel, incorporated into sales presentations and distributed directly to meeting planners, prospective clients, event organizers and hospitality partners throughout Montgomery County.

"Beyond industry outreach, Destination Dayton also encourages residents and local organizations to share the videos widely, extending the campaign’s reach through personal and professional networks alike," Oney added. "The effort reflects a broader strategy; to invite not only out-of-town guests, but also locals, to engage more deeply with Dayton and Montgonery County’s offerings."
