Ohio BWC Reminds Private Employers True-up Opens Today

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) is reminding private employers that true-up will be available today: July 1, 2026. The agency encourages everyone to use its safe, secure and efficient online system to true-up before the Aug. 31 deadline.

REMINDER: There is no grace period this year.
