Leadership is not defined solely by the biggest moments we face. It is shaped in the moments between them: the first five minutes after a reorganization is announced. How a leader responds when priorities suddenly change. The silence after difficult feedback.

These moments rarely make headlines; yet they quietly shape trust, culture and momentum daily. They are where leadership is experienced. Because they carry consequence; the weight of those consequences is experienced as pressure.

Often, we tell ourselves that pressure creates great leaders. It is an understandable belief. We celebrate leaders who rise in moments of crisis and often credit the pressure itself for who they become.
