Synergos AMC, a leading association management company with roots dating back to 1996, recently announced it has acquired Management Excellence Inc. (MEI), a provider of management services to professional societies and trade associations, located in Dayton, Ohio. The acquisition strengthens Synergos AMC’s national and international footprint and enhances its ability to deliver comprehensive administrative, strategic and operational support to membership-based organizations.
Founded on the vision of "providing hope and fueling aspirations," Synergos AMC has grown steadily over nearly 30 years by providing tailored services to nonprofit associations, including strategic planning, communications, accounting, member management, event management and more.
