The 3 Cs of Strong Teams
Teams exist in myriad ways, from sports to specialized software development, from hospitals to high-tech organizations, and from medical professionals to media outlets. Many jobs, organizations, communities and even families rely on well-functioning teams to get things accomplished effectively and efficiently.
When a team is thriving in their unified goals and intentions, strengths can be maximized, the atmosphere is positive and excellent work can be accomplished. People are connecting on a cohesive mission and doing their parts.
But if there is conflict, change, or any other kind of challenging interference in usual team roles and routines, the system can break down. This can lead to negativity, low morale and potentially deleterious outcomes. This may start by affecting one person but often ripples onto others.
