AI Isn't the Problem

News,

Across the association sector, conversations about artificial intelligence (AI) have started to sound eerily familiar. Leaders ask the same questions. Panels deliver the same reassurances. Articles warn that associations will be "left behind" if they do not act and implement AI as the "fix-all" for members' needs. And yet, despite growing awareness and screams of "fire," meaningful adoption remains rare.

Associations don't have an AI problem. They have a decision problem AI is exposing.
